Ordering and Payments
Orders are usually taken via our online secure Openworld server, but can be taken with a credit or debit card via the telephone.

If you are unsure regarding size and fit then please feel free to contact us, we know exactly how all our footwear fits and can guide you in the right direction.
Items on the website are subject to availability but we always we aim to keep stock updated on an hourly basis to avoid disappointment. Occasionally items may have sold in the shop whilst an order is being processed.
We also accept payment through PayPal, please email us with the items you require and then we can advise of the total amount of your order and the PayPal address where the payment should be sent.
Web orders placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 11.00am on a Saturday may not be posted until Monday.
We use a “Recorded Delivery” despatch which can take up to 1-2 days, but this does give you security of knowing that your purchases are signed for and cannot be lost!

Goods can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase providing they are in the same condition as when you received them and with all labels and swing tickets intact. Any free gifts MUST also be returned unopened and unused. Return postage will be paid for by the customer and the original postage costs will not be refundable. All returns must be agreed beforehand by using one of the contact numbers.
Sale Items : We do not accept returns on sale items and p & p will be charged.
We do not give out / sell or share email addresses or any other personal details / information to any other party.

Delivery / Postage Costs :
Post and packing will be free of charge* for the first pair per order for the UK and will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which takes approximately 2 working days. Any orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday and before 11.00am on Saturday are usually posted the same day. Orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will not be posted until Monday. Overseas orders are priced on the weight of the item and all costing will be shown in the shopping basket. Any overseas orders which do not show a delivery cost - this is due to the weight so please email us before placing the order we will then be able to quote the correct shipping costs.
*If you require to replace the goods for an alternative style or size then postage will be charge at Royal Mail standard charge for their despatch.
Bonus Point Scheme :
